Senior Pastor, Paul Militsala

Pastor Paul Militsala has been ministering at Fort Road Victory Church in various capacities since Jan. 1994. His past ministry experience includes: Worship Leadership, Youth Leadership, Men’s Ministry Leadership, both Administrative and Associate Pastoral roles, and has been competent in dealing with the personnel dynamics of each area. In 2006, Pastor Paul assumed the role of Senior Pastor.

Pastor Paul possesses strong administrative skills coupled with an ability to connect with people which helps to bring a standard of excellence in the creative process. His strong relational skills give him a keen ability to minister to every level of the church and he enjoys working in the areas of visitation and counseling singles, married couples, church leaders, and youth.

As an accomplished musician and worship leader for over 20 years he is committed to the role God has placed on his life to teach and train worship leaders and teams. Pastor Paul is the Director of Victory Worship Arts (VWA), the worship arm of Victory Churches International as well as the Dean of Worship Arts for Victory Bible College (VBCI).
When he is not at home pastoring, he ministers at different conferences nationally and internationally to provide intense worship team “tune-up” workshops with passion and a standard of excellence.

God has been leading this work from the beginning and continues to use Pastor Paul to gather and develop quality leaders who are willing to see the church partner with the community to impact this great city.

 

 

Assistant Pastor, Shelly Militsala

Pastor Shelly Militsala has been an active member and leader at Fort Road Victory Church since January, 1994. She has ministered in various capacities in the church while developing a strong foundation for her family with her husband. She has been actively involved in Worship Leadership, Youth Leadership, Women’s Ministry Leadership, Children’s Ministry Leadership and in 2008, assumed the role of Assistant Pastor.

Pastor Shelly has been employed in the area of administration for many years and has harnessed these skills to develop strong leaders. She has a desire to see people achieve their potential while sharpening their God given skills. Her wide range of experience is beneficial in working with volunteers and coordinating different programs.

Pastor Shelly has a heart for families and desires to develop strong teams to minister to each member of the family. She believes in the strength of the local church to reach into the community. She has been instrumental in coordinating different community outreaches to minister practically, relationally and spiritually.
